T.E.A.M. Setsuko (Together Everyone Achieves More) is a collective of massage therapists, estheticians, and hair stylists.  Together they represent and travel to various venues, parties, events and conferences.  Each member has a unique talent they bring to the team. They offer a wide range of services either at the studio in NDG, on-site (corporate, events, or conferences), or IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME!

 

Jennifer Setsuko Lee

Jenni has been studying and practising massage therapy and other bodywork techniques since 1997.  Her background is in dance and performance arts, so she has a deep understanding of movement, alignment, energy and fitness.  She is certified in Therapeutic Massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Developing Intuition.  She is an accredited teacher with AMPQ, director of Setsuko Massage & SPA (2001) and ‘The Original’ Spa Mobile (2003).
 
Originally from California, Jenni has travelled throughout Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean, where she studied intensively the trends of the industry, including natural remedies from each region.

 

Ellisa Crete

Since 2003, Ellissa has studied with a variety of massage therapists, healers, and meditators recognized internationally, who are based mainly in Thailand and India.  Specifically, it is the spirit of the Three Lotus House that has supported her Zen Shiatsu apprenticeship and the Sunshine Network teachers who have guided her Thai-Yoga massage practice.  More recently, courses at the Lotus Palm School in Montreal have provided the framework for her to re-examine the link between Thai-Yoga massage and Ayurvedic medicine.  Setting the energies in motion in Central America, India, Greece, and Canada, Ellissa's sessions are characteristically gentle yet strong, both profoundly relaxing and rejuvenating.  Her teachers and experiences have inspired her to view massage therapy as an expression of "Metta" - loving-kindness meditation in action.

Mary is a Doctor of Naturopathy, and a certified psychotherapist, colour and sound therapist, phytothérapeute/herbal therapist, hypnotherapist, reflexologist, massage therapist, creative therapist, intuitive radionician, and cell memory therapist.  She directs the Intuitive Energetics therapy centre at the Queen Elizabeth Health Complex in NDG, Montreal, and is the Principal of Intuitive Energetics school .  Mary teaches courses, workshops and professional training programmes in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.  She has been working as a teacher and therapist since 1971 when she set up and ran an art program at the Montreal Children’s Hospital. 

Mary sees people as energy beings, perceiving their bodies, emotions, thoughts, relationships, soul energies and other levels as energies in various colours, forms and patterns. As a result of her therapy, the patients become more aware of their true self.
